Instructions

Please report at hospital counter, OPD Basement between 8.30A.M to 11.30A.M .
Monday to Saturday and with prior appointment on Sunday and Holidays

Please come empty stomach for health checkup, have 2-3 glasses of plain water.

Do not take medicine, cigarrette or any other fluids (like milk, tea, coffee etc) in the morning.
In case on medication carry your medicines along with you.

Bring fasting sample of urine and stool (Sterlised containers for samples are available on request at the Hospital reception)

Inform the Hospital reception, if you are Diabetic, or Cardiac Patient.

Very Important Instructions for women. Pregnant Ladies or if suspecting pregnancy. Please do not get any X-ray done. You are advised not to undergo health checks during menstrual period. In case of any doubt, please contact the doctor before the check up.

Any other test or investigation, which is not mentioned in the package, would be charged separately.

Dress Code: Since you will be having to change clothes frequently while undergoing various tests, you may feel more comfortable in casual clothes and comfortable footwear.
