BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Mengly is the Founder of Orchid Hospital and Chairwoman of the Medical Committee of Orchid Hospital.
She previously served as Chief of Maternity Department at Calmette Hospital from 2012 – 2015. She ventured into the private sector by starting Lux Maternity Clinic in 2014, Orchid Koh Pich Hospital in 2017 and Orchid Plaza Polyclinic in 2020 which later on relocated and elevated to Orchid Sen Sok Polyclinic in early 2024.
She completed her studies & training of Colposcopy in France and Endoscopy in Vietnam and had been a Professor at University of Health Sciences.
